Winter ended just in time for racing season to start at Eriez Speedway with all classes in action. At the end of the evening Max Blair led the Bonnell Collision Center RUSH Late Models flag to flag for his first win of the season over rival Chad Wright.

Heading into turn three on lap four, fourth running Dave Lyon spun and was hit hard by Joe Long, bringing caution over the field for the first time. Both drivers were ok but both cars were done for the night. Under caution, third running Mike Mitchell retired pit side. After green Blair again shot out to the lead with Wright second and Mike Knight third from his sixth starting berth.

On lap seven track champion Kyle Zimmerman came to third and starting closing the gap on the leaders. At nine compete fourth-running Knight slowed and headed to the infield. At lap thirteen Wright had caught Blair and managed to get alongside in lapped traffic but Blair was up to the task, going on to his first Eriez Speedway win of the season.
